Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction activities on-site, from mobilization through to punch list completion.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and inspections to ensure all project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Facilitate daily and weekly site meetings to promote effective communication and maintain accountability.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards throughout all stages of construction.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams to address and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Ensure thorough documentation of daily reports, schedules, and progress photos to guarantee seamless project delivery.
