[job_card.job_description]On-call duties from 6 PM to 8 AM (14 hours), with an average of 1-3 call-backs overnight per week. Average 15-20 patients per day plus 5 procedures. Average calls while on call range from 0-10 per night (7 PM to 7 AM). Manage a patient load of 15-20 per shift. Department includes 239 beds. Board certification is required; eligibility is acceptable. Required certifications include ACLS. BLS and ATLS are not required. PALS is not required. No hospital / surgery center privileges required. The hospital is stroke certified. Flexible Transition : Opportunity for locums-to-perm. Competitive Compensation : Attractive pay structure with potential for permanent placement. No Inpatient Outpatient Requirement : Focus solely on inpatient care. Experience : Ideal candidates will have experience in managing a high patient volume with a capacity for performing a variety of procedures.
