Join Our Team as a Legal Admin I – Entry Level

Location : Hybrid (Remote + Office) | Practice : Estate Planning & Trusts

Starting Rate : $7 per hour, could be higher depending on experience.

Aisha Williams Law is looking for a Legal Admin I to join our collaborative, mission-driven team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the legal field while making a meaningful impact on clients navigating estate planning and trust matters.

What You’ll Do

As a Legal Admin I, you’ll support our attorneys and clients across administrative, client service, billing, and legal tasks, including :

  • Client Service & Reception : Answer phones, route calls, book appointments, and interact with clients with empathy and professionalism.
  • Billing & Invoicing Support : Prepare draft invoices, review time entries, and assist with client billing questions.
  • Administrative & Legal Support : Follow detailed instructions to manage files, upload documents, track client responses, and support trust funding processes.
  • Technical Tasks : Learn and use case management tools (Lawmatics, WealthCounsel), Microsoft Office, cloud file systems, and digital signature platforms.

No prior legal experience is required — we value your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in structured workflows.

Who You Are

  • Experience :
  • Has experience working with US Clients as an admin support or receptionist
  • Basic familiarity with invoicing, payment processing, and working with billing software.
  • Good communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Reliable & Detail-Oriented : Keeps tasks on track and maintains accuracy in all work.
  • Empathetic & Calm Under Pressure : Supports clients navigating stressful situations with patience and warmth.
  • Tech-Savvy & Curious : Comfortable learning new systems, troubleshooting, and finding efficient solutions.
  • Team-Oriented & Coachable : Collaborates with colleagues, asks questions when unsure, and applies feedback quickly.
