Process Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement and a drive to help a high-performing manufacturing team achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a process expert for the Coating and Mixing teams, contributing to the safe and efficient achievement of departmental goals.
• Identify and solve root-cause issues within manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate and optimize current methods, workflows, and equipment to drive improvements in quality, uptime, and cost.
• Conduct time studies, data trend analysis, correlations, and other performance assessments.
• Develop and lead improvement projects from concept through design, cost / safety approval, implementation, and validation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, vendors, and management on large-scale initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, and reports.
• Lead new product and formulation introductions across the Coating and Mixing departments.
• Train team members on new equipment, technologies, and processes.
