Job Description
Important part of the customer service team, assisting customers and the sales team. Play an integral part in helping the business continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide support to the inside and outside sales teams
- Communicate with internal departments to make sure customers’ orders are fulfilled
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Type 50+ wpm
- Advanced Microsoft365 skills
- Ability to work without scripts
- Work with high attention to detail at a fast pace

The base salary range for this position is $45,760, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
