Position Overview

As a Wellness Practitioner, you will deliver expert-level, personalized wellness services in a high-touch, luxury setting. You'll be responsible for prescribing and administering advanced wellness treatments—such as IV therapy, GLP-1s, bloodwork analysis, and HRT—while collaborating with our regenerative aesthetic team to provide seamless, holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and customize IVs, GLP-1s, and hormone therapies
• Conduct and interpret lab work to create personalized wellness plans
• Lead consultations and provide ongoing education and support
• Recommend complementary treatments and products to support client goals
• Integrate regenerative aesthetic services into wellness offerings
• Deliver an exceptional, hospitality-focused client experience
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Licensed NP, PA, or Naturopathic Doctor
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a wellness or luxury medical setting
• Strong understanding of IV therapy, HRT, and functional wellness
• Passion for integrating beauty and wellness in client care
• Sales experience and comfort with performance metrics
• Bonus: Experience with Zenoti and an active social media presence
