Full-Time / Day Shift The Program Manager, Medication Safety coordinates all medication safety activities within the organization and works collaboratively to develop and implement interdisciplinary error-prevention strategies that focus on system design to effectively reduce the risk of medication errors. Reviews medication-related safety event and adverse drug reaction reports to identify potential system improvements and educational needs. Required qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy Or Master's Degree in Pharmacy. PharmD in Pharmacy.
