A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Operations Manager, Precision Medicine.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the PMed Strategy and Operations team in strategy development and implementation of functional projects
Create and provide reports, dashboards, and presentations on business performance
Leverage digital tools to streamline processes and enhance overall meeting experiences
Required Qualifications :
Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in Strategic Planning & Operations
Associate's degree with 8 years or a high school diploma / GED with 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning & Operations
Preferred : MBA, PhD, PharmD, or Master's Degree with relevant work experience in lab sciences and the biopharmaceutical industry
Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives
High level of digital literacy with tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, and Power BI
