We are looking for an experienced Inside Commercial Broker! A top insurance wholesaler in the Sacramento, CA area wants to add a resourceful and fast-learning professional to its team! They have offices in all 50 states and have all the resources to exceed expectations for Agents and Brokers in the industry.

What we need from you:

• Experience: 3-5+ years of Commercial Lines, Wholesale and/or Broker experience
• License: Active Property & Casualty License
• Knowledgeable: High level of expertise and commanding knowledge of insurance products, markets, ratings, etc.
• Software: Proficient with Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position
• Communication and Customer Service: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and a drive to offer superior customer service to clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive customer service experience
• Assist with providing helpful and professional service and insurance needs to Brokers and Agents
• Renewing lines of coverage and cross-selling
• Assisting clients with billing questions, claims, coverage questions
• Binding and checking policies
• Requesting endorsements, claims, marketing renewals
