Practice in a family-friendly workplace that is committed to compassionate caring and continuous improvement.Join a collaborative team of 3 experienced Physicians (2 FP, 1 IM) and 2 terrific APPs providing a broad range of outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on adults and seniors. Doctors interested in providing IMAT Services (to treat Opioid Use Disorder) and nursing home rounding will receive priority attention. You will be supported by a friendly clinical and administrative staff, along with engaged leadership, as you provide comprehensive care for your patients. The practice is housed in a comfortable, modern medical office suite with integrated EMR.Choose your own schedule of 4 or 5 days / week (40 hours) and maximize your quality of life. Call is shared and handled by phone only. Teaching, precepting and mentorship opportunities arise when medical students and residents from Portland and Boston visit or rotate to the practice.
