Management Accountant

A company is looking for a Management Accountant to oversee financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end close process and prepare Management Accounts, including variance analysis and reconciliations

Manage payroll for UK and global teams, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions

Evaluate accounting workflows for efficiencies and implement automation and best practices

Required Qualifications

Part qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA or QBE with solid management accounting experience

Experience in a fast-paced SME environment

High proficiency in Excel and experience with cloud-based accounting software

Ability to work independently and investigate financial discrepancies

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
