Senior SEO Specialist

Job Summary

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who thrives on solving technical SEO challenges and improving organic performance at scale. You’ll work across multi-location websites, implement technical improvements, strengthen site architecture, improve Core Web Vitals and structured data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustained organic growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, hands-on with data, and excited to stay ahead of evolving AI search experiences and ranking behavior.

What You’ll Do

• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes across crawling, indexation, site performance, CWV, schema, and internal linking
• Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve SEO workflows, documentation, and repeatable processes as we continue to scale.
• Execute SEO recommendations across CMS platforms and support dev teams on resolving technical blockers
• Conduct keyword research to identify new ranking opportunities
• Optimize landing pages and on-site content to improve organic visibility and conversion lift
• Monitor organic performance trends and translate insights into tactical action
• Stay current on SGE + emerging AI search surfaces and proactively apply learnings
• Perform competitor research to identify white space and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience working on mid-to-large websites (multi-location experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and crawling/indexation fundamentals
• Experience with GA, GSC, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Tag Manager, and similar tools
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JS concepts
• Experience building or optimizing landing pages
• Able to analyze performance data and communicate clear recommendations

Bonus experience (not required):

• WordPress or Drupal
• A/B testing and experimentation
• Experience in Healthcare, Home Services, or Dental verticals
