Scope projects effectively manage client expectations demonstrate sound judgment and collaborate seamlessly with production teams. Create compelling business proposals prepare sales contracts and negotiate favorable terms. Lead the process for responding to RFPs with city state and federal government that align with company goals. Quickly develop a solid understanding of video production processes terminology and costs. Use content marketing and social media insights to position our services as creative solutions to client problems. Stay current on trends competitors and market rates within the video production and marketing industry. Engage with our existing CRM or guide us toward a more comprehensive system for organizing lead generation. 13 years in sales business development or marketing-related roles. 13 years in sales business development or a customer experience / marketing-related role. Experience selling a creative service or intangible product is a significant advantage. Background in business marketing communications or film / media studies. Enthusiasm for the companys growth potential and a collaborative spirit working closely with both the owners and creative team. Highly organized and self-motivated. Persistent when following up on leads handling rejection and pursuing challenging opportunities for growth. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Generate and qualify leads nurture relationships and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that prioritizes sustainable growth and aligns with company goals.
- Follow up on major leads handle rejection and pursue high-impact opportunities for company growth.
- Use excellent time management to convert opportunities into long-term clients with the judgment to know when to walk away from deals that arent the right fit.
