Regional Director of Nursing Duties and Responsibilities :

Clinical Compliance Resource :

• Provide guidance to administrators and DONs re. regulatory / compliance questions and concerns
• Assist with policy / procedure development, updates, and implementation
• Conduct compliance rounds during on-site visits and share feedback with admin / DON
• Provide education to nursing leadership staff re. best practices, regulations, etc.
• Review all significant incidents (reportable, falls with injury, potential law suits, etc.) to ensure appropriate actions have been taken and supporting documentation is in place
• Advise admins regarding threshold for reporting events to DOH on case-by-case basis

Collaborate with CNO on implementation of quarterly company-wide PIPs
