Responsibilities :
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transactionSearch for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budgetBe the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful saleContact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leadsHold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate marketObtain a California real estate license if not already licensedProspect for potential buyers and investment propertiesFollow the structured team plan and proven modelsCoordinate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomesPrepare contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate smooth transactionsMaintain consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, email, and other outreach methods to build a strong sales pipelineQualifications :
