What You’ll Be Doing

As a Float PT, you’ll bring your expertise to multiple clinics, helping patients move better and feel stronger — one personalized plan at a time.

• Provide outpatient orthopedic care
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with experienced, caring clinicians
• Document with ease using our modern EMR system
• Stay aligned with clinical standards and compliance

What You Bring to the Table

• Graduation from an accredited PT program (APTA-approved)
• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
• A heart for patient-centered care
• Adaptability, empathy, and strong communication skills
