Role: Technical Specialist
Duration : 6 months with the opportunity to renew
Location : Atlanta – hybrid

Must Have Skills :

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for manipulating data
• Data entry experience
• Data manipulation -via excel and google sheets- move columns around, use v look up, merge columns.
• Self-starter who can independently drive deadlines and tasks forward with minimal guidance
• Effective communicator who proactively identifies and communicates potential risks and concerns
• Demonstrates high level of attention to detail
• Can work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Effectively utilizes internal resources to follow established processes efficiently
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software- added bonus
• Highschool Diploma or GED required. Associates / Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience
• 0-2 years of experience in technical support or other related fields

Preferences:

• Experience/exposure to the healthcare market and IT ecosystem
• Credentialing Experience

Day to Day :

• Support product configuration through data manipulation in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, bulk importing via in application CSV upload tools and manual builds as needed.
• Take ownership of the tactical day-to-day management and execution of workload, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Build processes to ensure that high-quality work is consistently delivered.
• Facilitate effective communication by verifying and sharing accurate information among team members.
• Identify and escalate potential risks and at-risk projects to the appropriate supervisor or individual, in order to mitigate or resolve issues in a timely manner
