The Commercial Title Assistant is responsible for supporting timely escrow closings and accurate title recordings through a variety of clerical and transactional duties.

Your specific duties will include :

• Performing clerical tasks to support timely escrow closings and title recordings.
• Opening new orders and creating closing checklists.
• Tracking files, ordering updated title searches, and reviewing completed searches for new items.
• Investigating and interpreting tax records.
• Handling and reviewing original documents for recording.
• Assembling and distributing final forms of documents in preparation for closing.
• Submitting documents for recording and managing any rejections to ensure timely recording.
• Uploading recorded documents and recording fees.

Pay Rate : $24.86 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
