Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, broaching machines)
• Interpret mechanical drawings to achieve precise dimensions
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Create custom fixturing and perform part inspection
• Assist in training and mentoring fellow machinists
• Maintain high safety and quality standards
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to welding fumes, noise, and non-climate-controlled conditions
