Reporting to the Program Manager, the Business Financial Management (BFM) Analyst position supports a broad range of program/project management, business financial management and data analytics requirements. This is a contingent position expected to be located in Charleston, SC .

What You'll Do

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Project to support program/project management, business financial management and data analytics requirements.

• Support planning, execution, management, reporting and reconciliation of funding for numerous lines of accounting.

• Support PRs and associated documentation development.

• Support development of workflows and standard operating procedures to streamline business processes.

• Analyze data in order to render high impact data visualizations that illustrate key programmatic, financial and operational metrics.
• Bid and proposal support if requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, finance or relevant technical field required.
• Five (5) years of program/project management and/or business financial management experience supporting DoD programs.
• Working knowledge of the Programming Planning, Budgeting and Execution lifecycle.
• Experience with Navy ERP or other similar financial accounting system used to track and reconcile Obligations, Commitments and Expenditures.
• Strong understanding of appropriations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Project

• Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent DAWIA certification
