Ability to write up customer estimates for system repairs and replacement utilizing company CRM / Dispatching software. Represent NW Mechanical professionally with our customers and partners. Willing to attend training classes and expand working knowledge and technical skills. Be respectful and supportive of fellow members of the NW Mechanical team. Focus on safety for self and others. Other special projects as assigned. High School diploma or equivalent. 2+ years’ experience in HVAC service. General knowledge in HVAC systems including : heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, water heaters, and low voltage control systems. Hydronic experience including boilers a plus. Service Titan experience a plus. Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings. Have or working towards Washington 06A or 06B certified, City of Seattle refrigeration license. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis, and on occasion move and lift heavier items. Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.

Pay : $40-$55 / hour (DOE) + Commissions
