A company is looking for a Manager, Care Advice Line to oversee a team providing telephone-based care management services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Care Advice Line, including staffing and quality assurance
Manage inbound and outbound communications for patient care coordination and follow-up
Consult with team members to develop and evaluate patient care plans and referrals
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with current compact licensure
Experience in a call center or triage position
Leadership experience with 5+ years of recent clinical experience
Flexibility for overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage
Preferred certifications in Case Management or Wellness Coaching
