In this position ...

Manage quality of products supplied to Ford Service from multiple supplier sites both service unique and production common for assigned suppliers

• Maintain the STA 6-Panel and metrics and contribute to department objectives.
• Develop and communicate quality metrics identifying :

Current and potential Q1 suppliers

Responsibilities

What youll do...

Develop & coach potential service unique Q1 suppliers on work plans requirements in :

ISO 14001 & IATF 16949 3

rd

party system requirements

MMOG

PPM

Control plan development during 3D 8D and APQP reviews.

Draft dealer bulletins to pull stock as determined by Ford engineering

In production service parts

Support purchasing to evaluate potential future suppliers and part re-sourcing actions.

Guide Ford engineering in use for QCN process

Plant manufacturing QOS QSF Lean Manufacturing QSA Assessments SPC SREA & PPAP processes FMEA Gage R&R 8D problem solving methods & DOE.
