Overview
CBS ArcSafe, the electrical safety subsidiary of Group CBS, is a leading provider of remote racking and switching solutions designed to protect workers from arc flash and other electrical hazards. Through innovative products and technical expertise, CBS ArcSafe helps customers improve workplace safety, reduce risk, and support the safe operation of electrical power systems. The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales activity, developing customer relationships, preparing quotations, and partnering with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate solutions. This role is well suited for someone who is customer focused, organized, technically curious, and motivated to support sales in a specialized industrial market.

What You Will Do
• Support customers by phone and email with product information, pricing, and quotation requests
• Prepare and follow up on quotes for ArcSafe products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional business
• Generate outbound sales activity to develop new customer relationships and uncover opportunities
• Coordinate with outside sales, operations, engineering, and customer service to support order flow and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunity details, and activity tracking in CRM and internal systems
• Assist with order entry, product availability communication, and coordination of customer expectations
• Develop a working understanding of ArcSafe products, applications, and electrical safety related customer needs
• Respond to customer questions with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail
• Help support sales initiatives, promotions, and strategic growth efforts across the business

• Builds trust with customers through responsiveness, reliability, and product knowledge
• Supports sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Maintains strong internal communication and helps move opportunities through the sales process efficiently
• Keeps customer records and opportunity activity organized and up to date
• Represents CBS ArcSafe professionally and contributes to a high service sales culture

Qualifications
• High school diploma required
• Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Inside sales, customer service, account support, or industrial sales experience preferred
• Experience supporting technical, industrial, electrical, or manufacturing related products is strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain productive customer relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Comfort working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP or quoting platforms
• Ability to learn technical products and communicate value clearly to customers

Preferred Background
• Experience in electrical power, safety products, switchgear, breakers, or industrial services environments
• Experience preparing quotations, processing sales support activity, or coordinating customer orders
• Exposure to industrial customers, contractors, utilities, or electrical service organizations

Physical Requirements
• Ability to remain seated or work at a computer for extended periods
• Ability to communicate by phone, video, and email throughout the workday
• Occasional lifting of office materials or product literature up to 20 pounds

Work Environment
• This position operates primarily in an office environment with regular communication across internal teams and customer accounts
• The role may occasionally support trade shows, customer visits, or other sales related activities
