Provider Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist responsible for enrolling and maintaining provider records to ensure accurate participation status and claims payment.

Key Responsibilities

Process provider and facility enrollments, updates, and terminations across various lines of business

Validate completeness and accuracy of enrollment submissions and maintain accurate provider data

Coordinate with internal departments and external entities to support timely and compliant provider onboarding

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

1-3+ years of experience in provider enrollment or healthcare administration

Working knowledge of provider identifiers and enrollment data elements

Familiarity with provider lifecycle processes, including onboarding and maintenance

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work in multiple systems
