Job Description :

• ETL developer with minimum of 2-3 years of AbInitio / Informatica Experience .
• Should have skills in designing and developing extract, transform and load ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of Informatica ETL tool .
• Create and maintain adequate documentation of project ETL design, technical artifacts and ETL environment.
• Very Large Database and DW Implementation experience (20+ TBs) ,well versed in SQL, Oracle .
• Programming skills in a Linux / Unix environment, including shell scripting .
• Experience and ability to deliver results quickly in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
• Proven ability to effectively manage their time and a desire to deliver results quickly and correctly
• Understanding and working with data models to ensure data is structured appropriately for the target system.
• Creating and implementing the logic for extracting, transforming, and loading data
• Identifying and resolving issues within the ETL processes and monitoring performance to ensure optimal functionality
• Design and develop ETL workflows, graphs , mappings to process and transform data from source to target.
• Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
• Handle data extraction, transformation , cleansing and loading into data warehouse or data lakes.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of integrated data. Identify and resolve data quality issues and ETL job failures
• Develop test scenarios , test cases and execute functional testing .
