Lead generation : Expand your pipeline by networking, building referrals, and seeking new business opportunities. Experience : Demonstrated success as a loan officer, mortgage loan originator, or a similar role. Knowledge : Strong understanding of loan products, policies, and industry guidelines. Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on building trust. Technology : Proficiency in loan origination software and CRM systems. Licensing : Active NMLS license required. Work ethic : Attention to detail and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
