100% outpatient Primary care positions in Western Montana mountains

• Federally qualified health center – employed position.
• Permanent positions available (no locums). Full-time and part-time options available.
• Group is looking for one part-time physician to work 2-3 days per week and one full-time position.
• Family Medicine or Med/Peds training required as physicians see all ages in this clinic. BE/BC required.
• Located in Western Montana mountains. Beautiful mountain town and setting in Northwest Montana. City population of 26,000.
• Located just North of the Flathead National Forest and Flathead lake. World renowned outdoors activities such as hiking, biking, fly-fishing, white-water rafting, etc.
• Group has 5 MD’s, 2 PA’s, 8 APRN’s, 6 resident physicians and a Medical Director.
• Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health and case management services offered. Group is affiliated with local Family Medicine residency as well.
• Will see 15-20 patients per day in an outpatient setting. Telephone call only is shared in one-week rotations by all the physicians.
• Base salary range of $235,000. 2-year contract. Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation.
• 140 hours of PTO plus 4 days of CME and $2,000 per year for expenses. 8 paid holidays.
• E-Clinical Works EMR
• Low-cost health, dental and vision insurance. Employer paid life insurance, STD, 401K with 100% match at 3% and 50% match over 3-5%. Paid malpractice with tail coverage.
• Group is eligible for student loan incentives with PSLF and NHSC programs.
• Not able to sponsor visa candidates currently.
• Group is replacing a retiring provider and experiencing growth.
• Open to 2024 graduating candidates.
