Content Designer

Direct Experience

• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Comfort working in Figma and contributing directly to design files (independent work)
• Experience using data (qualitative and quantitative) to make decisions and tell a story
• Experience with Jira, Trello, and Lucid
• Need to share a portfolio or work samples that show how you've solved complex product problems with content

Soft Skills :

This role is 4 days / week onsite in Denver, CO

Compensation : $40 / hr to $50 / hr

The role :

We’re looking for a Content Designer to shape clear, helpful in product messaging across customer-facing and internal tools. You’ll design with words as you craft UI designs, error states and patterns that make complex tasks simple. You’ll partner with designers and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ship experiences that are consistent, friction-free and aligned to business goals. You’ll help refine technical customer communications to be more human and accessible to all customers.
