A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst who will design, implement, and maintain compensation programs aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer stock plans, including equity award processing and compliance with regulations
Analyze compensation data to assess competitiveness and develop salary structures
Support compensation planning processes and produce analyses and reports for leadership
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation / Total Rewards and equity administration
Bachelor's degree in a Business or Human Resources related field
Knowledge of incentive plan design and administration
High-level proficiency in Excel and experience with HR technology systems
Progress towards a CCP designation or other HR-related certification is preferred
