Job Description:
A leading AI based analytics and transformation partner is seeking a strategic, data driven Data Analyst to support a major initiative with a top US bank focused on modernizing Personal Loans marketing and operations. This role sits at the center of building automated, intuitive, and insight rich analytics solutions that drive smarter marketing spend, personalized customer engagement, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
1. Marketing Analytics & Optimization
- Build and enhance marketing attribution models (Single Touch and Multi Touch Attribution).
- Support Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to evaluate campaign performance and guide budget allocation.
- Conduct ROI simulations, scenario planning, and performance forecasting using historical data.
2. Customer & Campaign Personalization
- Analyze customer journeys and behavioral patterns to inform segmentation strategies.
- Identify key drivers of personalization across content, channel, frequency, and offer design.
- Contribute to the development of personalization logic using campaign? and offer level performance data.
3. Dashboarding & Performance Visibility
- Partner with cross functional teams (credit risk, marketing, finance, collections) to design an integrated Personal Loans performance dashboard.
- Transform raw datasets into clear, executive ready dashboards and reporting tools.
- Build monitoring frameworks to track marketing impact and operational KPIs.
4. Data Requirements & Governance
- Identify gaps in current data pipelines and recommend enhancements to support future analytics needs.
- Document data requirements, lineage, and source systems in collaboration with internal teams.
- Work closely with data engineering and IT to ensure scalable, secure data integration.
5. Cross Domain Analytics & Gen AI Enablement
- Support analytics use cases across operations, customer experience, and service workflows.
- Analyze support tickets, web logs, and CX data to identify friction points and inform GenAI automation opportunities.
- Provide analytical input for A/B testing, root cause analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in data analytics within financial services
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data manipulation (SAS is a plus).
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or similar.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models (STA, MTA) and marketing mix modeling.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, personalization strategies, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- Experience in consulting or matrixed environments is beneficial.
- Background in personal loans, consumer lending, or card based products.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
- Exposure to Gen AI–driven analytics or automation use cases.
