A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Medium Enterprise segment focused on Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business and lead a team of Senior Account Executives in complex sales cycles
Orchestrate internal teams including pre-sales, marketing, and sales support to enhance sales efforts
Coach and mentor the field sales team while employing effective selling strategies
Required Qualifications
12+ years of field sales experience at a SaaS company, with a focus on new business acquisition
Experience selling cloud / SaaS / ERP solutions to Financial Services institutions
Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
Leadership experience in a team selling environment
