• Monday - Friday schedule with two evenings until 7 pm weekly
• 10 - 12 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic
• 45 - 60 minute visits
• One hour evaluations provided one-on-one
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Adult patient population
• 36 hour weekly minimum guarantee
