Inside Sales & Customer Care Representative
Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: 100% In-Office

VIP Staffing is partnering with a well-established, family-owned manufacturer and wholesaler of retail and promotional packaging products in Carrollton, TX to hire an Inside Sales & Customer Care Representative. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced office environment, and earning commission on top of a strong base salary.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
  • Proactively reach out to new and former customers to develop long-term accounts
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by:
    • Preparing fast, accurate quotes
    • Entering and processing customer orders
    • Recommending products based on customer needs
    • Resolving questions and issues efficiently
  • Follow up on quotes, emails, marketing campaigns, and open orders
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track activity using internal sales tools
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and sales opportunities
  • Support marketing efforts and attend trade shows as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working 100% in-office
  • Promotional products or packaging industry experience is a plus
Pay
  • Base Salary: $45,000 + commission
