Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a $2 million premium book of business while contributing to the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a driven, team-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience
• 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a $2 million premium book of business, focusing on personal home and auto accounts
• Drive new business sales and actively seek opportunities to grow the book of business
• Maintain and retain existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property and Casualty (PC) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
