Genesis Health Clubs is seeking energetic, passionate Group Exercise Instructors to lead engaging fitness classes and inspire members to achieve their health goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fun, high-energy group fitness classes for members of all ages
  
  
• Prepare class equipment, music, and structure in advance
  
  
• Educate members on safe exercise techniques and proper equipment use
  
  
• Foster a motivating and supportive class environment
  
  
• Ensure club policies and safety standards are always followed
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Group Fitness Certification (required)
  
  
• Current CPR Certification (required)
  
  
• 1+ year of group exercise instruction experience
  
  
• Ability to demonstrate exercises and movements for participants
  
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  
  
• Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform exercises and movements for demonstration
  
  
• Ability to engage and instruct groups of varying fitness levels
