About the Role:

Central Pro Insurance Services is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service representative to join our team in Riverside, CA. As a Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about insurance products

Process policy changes and update customer information in the database

Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Active insurance license is preferred

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
