HVAC Technician - Entry Level

As our company continues to expand, we are seeking an entry-level HVAC Technician to join our growing team!

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour

Position Summary: You'll work alongside experienced technicians and installers and develop the skills needed to become a professional HVAC technician.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs and work on ladders/heights
• Willing to invest time in training and career development
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must obtain EPA certification within one (1) year

Qualifications preferred by not required:

• HVAC trade school or technical training
• EPA Certification
• Customer service or hands-on work experience
• Strong communication skills
