Developing and implementing process control strategies. Troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems. Ensuring safety and compliance. Focusing on business goals (efficiency, cost reduction).
JOB DESCRIPTION Process Automation Engineer Key Responsibilities :
- Analysis & Design : Identify automation opportunities, analyze existing processes, and design automated workflows or control systems.
- Development : Program, configure, and simulate automated machinery, software, or scripts for specific tasks.
- Implementation : Install, integrate, and deploy new automation solutions, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Testing & QA : Develop and execute tests (automated and manual) to ensure reliability, accuracy, and quality of automated systems, identifying and fixing bugs.
- Maintenance & Support : Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and provide technical support for automated systems.
- Collaboration : Work with business units, IT, and management to understand needs, align with goals, and train staff.
- Documentation : Create detailed technical guides, user manuals, and design specifications.
