Hotel Front Desk Guest Service Agent Part Time

Courtyard by Marriott in Bettendorf, IA, is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! We are looking for individuals who are able to work Part Time with weekday and weekend evening availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
• Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
