We need to hire a full time data entry specialist for a position call Sales Coordinator.

This individual (Sales Coordinator) would work 8am - 5pm Central time zone, Monday - Friday Major US Holidays are not worked.Must be reliable to work every day and not miss work

The Sales Coordinator would be responsible for reviewing all real-time leads that our sales team received in our insurance agency in Dallas and assign them to our sales agents.

The Sales Coordinator would be responsible to inspect all sales notes that the team is logging and complete hourly reports to upper management.

This individual needs to be reliable (never miss work unless discussed in advance) and must be detail oriented.

• Returning Leads
• Inspected missed calls (during the day, everyone gets called back). They would manage a google spreadsheet to track all calls.
• Daily Call Report
• Marketing Email Replies (assigns it to a sales agent)
• Assign Canopy Connect Leads (prospects can sign in and upload dec pages)
