Job Description

Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules and budgets. Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site. Prepare and submit project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Provide leadership and support to the project team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Identify and resolve any project challenges or issues as they arise.

Proven expertise in construction project management, specifically within commercial concrete industry. Strong understanding of concrete construction processes and techniques. Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Ability to analyze project details and develop practical solutions to challenges.
