Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP has an opening for an experienced Legal Secretary to support litigation attorneys out of our downtown Chicago office. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, able to manage busy attorneys and work independently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing e-filings for court, scheduling depositions where many parties are involved, maintaining attorneys' calendars, opening new files, time entry (Aderant), preparing expense reports (ChromeRiver), and day-to-day responsibilities.
Required Experience & Skills:
Compensation: $30.22-$35.71 per hour (based on a 35-hour work week), DOE
