Maintenance Tech - NIGHTS

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely supporting the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. This role includes performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems, production equipment, and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.

All tools and a tool cart are provided. On-the-job training and work instructions will be provided.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
  
  
• Assist with and perform preventive maintenance tasks
  
  
• Support product changeovers as needed
  
  
• Complete general building maintenance and repairs
  
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  
  
• Notify maintenance lead of required extended repairs or needed spare parts
  
  
• Complete all required maintenance documentation accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  
  
• General maintenance experience
  
  
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  
  
• PLC knowledge a plus
  
  
• Electrical background a plus
  
  
• Experience setting up cameras a plus
  
  
• Heat sealing process knowledge a plus
