What You Get To Do :

Join Dungarvins Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in connecting great people to meaningful work. As a TA Specialist youll manage a high-volume requisition load build strong candidate and hiring manager relationships and deliver a stellar experience at every step of the process.

Youll own recruitment for DSP and ancillary roles within your market and may also support Program Manager / Director and other regional needs as assigned. From sourcing to offer youll partner with hiring managers and HR to make smart timely hires that fuel our mission.

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards career sites hiring events referrals and creative outreach.
  • Screen and evaluate talent checking references and aligning motivators with business needs.
  • Build and maintain an active searchable pipeline in SmartRecruiters with smart tagging and talent community tools.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers offering insights on roadblocks like compensation skills and sourcing tactics.
  • Represent Dungarvin at career fairs networking and community events to build awareness and attract talent.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a true brand ambassador.

Qualifications : MUST HAVE :

  • 1 year of focused high-volume recruiting experience coupled with a bachelors degree OR a minimum of a High School Diploma / GED coupled with 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Experience sourcing interviewing and hiring hourly workforces
  • Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms such as Indeed LinkedIn ZipRecruiter CareerBuilder etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) utilization (We use SmartRecruiters)
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) SharePoint and virtual platforms such as Zoom Teams and GoToMeeting.

    • NICE TO HAVE :

  • Prior experience working within Healthcare Social Services Retail Manufacturing hospitality etc.
  • Staffing agency experience.

  • Be a true partner. Work hand-in-hand with Operations and HR to anticipate staffing needs and proactively pipeline candidates for both planned openings and urgent placements.
  • Build dynamic talent pipelines . Use innovative diverse sourcing strategies to line up top candidates ahead of hiring dates.
  • Drive projects to the finish line. Turn deadlines into clear action-based goals and keep recruitment efforts on track.
  • Influence and inform. Confidently present information and respond to questions from groups of managers sharing insights and recommendations that shape hiring decisions.
  • Stay agile. Thrive in a fast-moving environment pivot quickly and adapt to new priorities.
  • Think critically. Spot connections use sound judgment and make choices aligned with strategy and company culture.
  • Lead with drive . Take initiative deliver strong results and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Customer Service : Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
