Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction through deployment, adoption, and support of SharePoint initiatives
Conduct training workshops, health checks, and post-implementation reviews
Assist in product upgrades, migrations, and performance assessments
Required Qualifications and Education
10 years of IT experience with 7 years focused on Microsoft Server products, SharePoint, and Office 365
Experience with SharePoint Online architecture, site collections, and permissions
Deep knowledge of SharePoint Advanced Management, Compliance, and Retention policies
Strong experience with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online
Advanced PowerShell development skills and familiarity with integration scenarios like Power Automate and Power Apps
