A company is looking for a Loan Processor.
Key Responsibilities :
Review and analyze borrower documentation for underwriting
Assemble and verify the complete loan package for compliance
Communicate with customers and vendors to obtain necessary documentation
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass is preferred
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and mortgage lending regulations
Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
