As a Product Manager Saas Transformation, you will lead the modernization of a large-scale enterprise healthcare application into a cloud-native SaaS solution. You will shape the product roadmap, guide technical evolution, and foster innovation to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will :

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS transformation, from ideation through launch and continuous optimization.
• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and technical realities.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and security teams to execute migration strategies for complex on-premise products.
• Champion customer-centric design while driving SaaS operational excellence and compliance.
• Monitor product performance, analyze customer feedback, and implement enhancements to improve scalability, security, and user experience.

Salary and Other Compensation : Applicants will be accepted till 12 / 22 / 2025. Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cogniant's applicable plans.
