Le Specialità is a celebrated Milanese trattoria bringing over 40 years of Italian culinary tradition to Miami’s Design District. We specialize in handmade pastas, classic Italian dishes, and authentic pizzas, served with warm hospitality in a vibrant, design-forward setting inspired by Milan and Miami.

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, professional Servers who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering attentive, genuine service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and guide guests through the Le Specialità dining experience

Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food, wine, and cocktail offerings

Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing needs and concerns professionally

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service stations

Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

Follow all service standards, safety, and cash-handling procedures

Qualifications

Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus (training provided)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional appearance

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Must meet local requirements for food safety and alcohol service
