Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program Administrative Support

Monday - Friday 7 : 30am to 4pm Flexible onsite 3 day and 2 hybrid days after 90 days of training

Job Summary : This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program leadership and trainees. Responsibilities span Program Director support, meeting coordination, resident records management, conference logistics, and program-related events across both MGH and BWH. The role is within the MGB Radiology Education Team consisting of 8 dedicated education admins overseeing all radiology education across both BWH and MGH campus. The role reports to the Residency Program Manager and works closely with residency and education leadership. The role will require time spent at both Brigham and Women's Hospital and Mass General Hospital main campuses. Does this position require Patient Care? No

Essential Functions :

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to program management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized program documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication among program team members and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events related to hospital programs, such as workshops, training sessions, and community outreach activities.
  • Enter and manage program-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with program participants, providing information, collecting feedback, and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with external partners, organizations, and agencies involved in program initiatives.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Experience : Experience in program support or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting. 0-1 year required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A great sense of humor!
